Grout lines hold years of soil that mopping only redistributes. Pressurized cleaning and rinse extraction take it out, and sealing keeps it out.

Tile rinses clean easily. Grout is porous, holds soil below the surface, and needs pressurized hot water with immediate extraction to actually come clean.
Natural stone is treated differently again — pH-appropriate products only, no acidic cleaners, and honed or polished finishes handled to suit.

Clean and rinse
Pressurized cleaning with simultaneous extraction, edges by hand.
Sealing
Sealing is what makes the result last.
Unsealed grout starts absorbing again immediately. A penetrating sealer applied after cleaning buys years of easier maintenance.
