I had some oil stains on my carpet from massage sessions—accidents happen! At a LeTip meeting, I asked Mike from Simply Clean Care if he could help. While I was away for a weekend event, he came by and did an outstanding job.

Mike carefully moved all my furniture to the center of the room, cleaned thoroughly, and then placed everything back exactly where it belonged. When I returned, my office looked and felt brand new—the carpet was spotless, fresh, and soft underfoot.

I’m so impressed with the quality, professionalism, and care Mike put into his work. He was prompt, respectful of my space, and incredibly accommodating with scheduling. Just had Michael (owner?) come over to do a vent cleaning job, couldn't have asked for a more honest, decent and personable guy who went above and beyond. He explained the problems and what he did in an easy to understand way, and helped to find the appropriate person to do other repair work that was necessary. You don't meet people these days with this level of excellent customer service and kindness. HIGHLY recommend!

Mike and Simply Clean Care with Miller's saved my carpets and my sanity. I initially took four carpets to Miller's Elite Cleaning, where I had taken them for years. This was a very bad experience (see my review of them). In the middle of waiting weeks and weeks to get my carpets back from Miller's Elite (machine broken, and smelly, wet and mildew carpets returned - and I paid full price), I accidentally called Mike because I didn't look at the company name carefully while looking up the phone number. Mike and I had a very nice conversation in which he told me he didn't have my carpets, but if I had any complaints about their condition when I got them back, to call him. He even promised to pick them up and clean them without charge. He must have known... When I got the carpets into my car and drove away from the other company, I knew I couldn't put them in the house - they were nasty smelling! I called Mike and offered to pay to have him clean them, but true to his word, he picked them up, cleaned them, and within a short time (7-10 days, I think?) had them back. He didn't charge me anything. The carpets were clean, had no smell, and look great. Mike explained many things about taking care of carpets, what to do with spills, etc., and he's just a great representative of a quality business. He was professional, friendly, responsive, and a true gem. Thank you, Mike, for restoring my faith in local business and for making my carpets usable again!

Mike did a deep clean of our ducts and steamed all of our carpets, both of which were well overdue. The air quality in our house has improved more than I could have hoped for. The work was very efficient and the guys were very professional and knowledgeable about their work. Very trust worthy business. I hope more people in Monterey find this company to keep their houses clear of mold and all the other dust particles that settle and sneak back up... unless you get rid of them.

My dog got sprayed by a skunk at 3a.m. and spread the scent all over the house. After reasearching I found simply clean! Mike, the owner got back to me right away even though he had a busy schedule that day and gave me amazing tips to get rid of the odor in the carpet, and they worked!!!!! He could have easily refrained from offering up any of his expertise and profit off of my terrible misfortune BUT he didn't!!! He is a stand up guy who knows his stuff and has his customers well being in mind. He is personable and exactly the guy and company a person feels comfortable inviting into their home for help. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!!!! If you're not sure if he can help you, call him and ask... you'll see for yourself :) after he didn't hear back from me, he called just to make sure the problem was taken care of. Thanks Mike!

We had our dog get sick from something he ate. The poor guy lost it in the living room and pooped all over. We woke up to the biggest mess of my lifetime. I texted Mike and he came to the rescue. We called Mike on recommendation from the company who's going to be replacing our furnace. We asked him to clean our air ducts ahead of the new furnace install. Mike and Tony showed up at 8:00 AM as scheduled and we were off immediately locating all the registers, the return air locations and the furnace. They worked so professionally and thoroughly, demonstrating complete mastery of this involved process. We were very impressed. Near the end Mike offered to steam clean our carpets - something I have wanted to do but not got around to. He had all the right equipment and knew the best combinations of cleaning chemicals. He worked very fast and the carpets are beautiful. Mike is very personable and we loved the professionalism, and speed he and Tony moved through the job with. Highest recommendation!

We've been using Simply Clean Care for years. Mike is reliable, honest, and trustworthy. They've cleaned our air ducts and disinfected them after finding rat droppings. They regularly come and clean the dryer vent. And recently cleaned our very dirty and stained carpet that we thought we needed to get rid of. They made it look like new. The products he used are not stinky and are as natural as possible. Mike has always been extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. I've always trusted his suggestions and direction. Tony has also always been very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Mike at Simply Clean Care and we will continue to refer them and use them for the multitude of services they offer.
